Terms of Service

Nectary LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company

Effective date: February 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nectary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the site.

2. User Types

Nectary serves three types of users:

  • Buyers — individuals or companies searching for SaaS tools and implementation consultants.
  • Consultants — professionals who apply for membership in our directory.
  • SaaS Vendors — software companies that apply for membership in our directory.

3. Our Privacy Promise

Your search activity is private. Period.

  • We do not share your search activity or charter data with any vendor on the platform.
  • Vendors and consultants do not know you searched for them.
  • You are in control of if and when you contact a vendor.
  • We collect clickstream data only to improve the platform and demonstrate value to vendors.
  • We provide vendors with anonymized, aggregated market insights only (e.g. “47 buyers in Healthcare searched for BI tools this month”) — never individual buyer data.

4. Membership & Approval

Consultant and SaaS vendor accounts require domain email verification. All memberships are subject to manual admin approval. Nectary reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion. Members must maintain accurate profile information at all times.

5. Sponsored Content

Some content on the platform is sponsored. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled. Sponsorship does not override our core relevance ranking — your results are driven by fit, not by who pays us.

6. Intellectual Property

Nectary owns all platform content, code, and branding. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Nectary a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided as-is. Nectary does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor or consultant profiles. Nectary is not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors or consultants — we connect you, but the relationship is yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nectary's total liability is capped at $100 or the amount you have paid to Nectary, whichever is greater. In no event will Nectary be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Louisiana.
