- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your search or charter data with vendors on the platform.
- We do not share your information with advertisers.
- We do not share individually identifiable data with anyone.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide personalized search results and recommendations.
- To send transactional emails (results, verification, notifications).
- To send newsletter and blog emails (opt-in only, unsubscribe anytime).
- To generate anonymized, aggregated market insights for vendors — never individual data.
4. AI Processing
Your charter form inputs are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your recommendations. This data is not used to train AI models. Charter inputs are used solely to generate your results and improve Nectary's recommendations.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and platform functionality. Cookie consent is managed via our consent banner, and you can opt out of non-essential cookies at any time.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing help@nectary.ai. You can also delete your account and all associated data directly from your dashboard settings.
